Bayesian optimization enabled the design of PA56 system with just 8 wt% additives, achieving limiting oxygen index 30.5%, tensile strength 80.9 MPa, and UL‐94 V‐0 rating. Without prior knowledge, the algorithm uncovered synergistic effects between aluminum diethyl‐phosphinate and nanoclay.

Autonomous AI‐Driven Design for Skin Product Formulations
This review presents a comprehensive closed‐loop framework for autonomous skin product formulation design. By integrating artificial intelligence‐driven experiment selection with automated multi‐tiered assays, the approach shifts development from trial‐and‐error to intelligent optimisation.

Is NSGA-II Ready for Large-Scale Multi-Objective Optimization?
NSGA-II is, by far, the most popular metaheuristic that has been adopted for solving multi-objective optimization problems. However, its most common usage, particularly when dealing with continuous problems, is circumscribed to a standard algorithmic ...

ABSTRACT This study presents a comparative analysis of two optimization approaches: Sequential Iterative Optimization (SIO) and Non‐dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA‐II) applied to the separation of ternary mixtures (1‐butanol, isobutanol, and 2‐butanol) using Dual‐Column Distillation (DCD) and Dividing‐Wall Column (DWC) processes. Through a
