Extremely large nuchal translucency measurement predicts adverse pregnancy outcome
A prospective study was conducted to determine the outcome of pregnancies with 1st trimester nuchal translucency measurement of ≥ 6.5 mm. The risk of fetal abnormalities increases with enlarging nuchal translucency, being around 45% with a measurement of ≥ 6.5 mm.

Nuchal translucency measurement: The effect of 3D/4D ultrasound
Introduction. Nuchal translucency thickness has undoubtedly been proven as an important marker in screening for chromosomal abnormalities. It is measured in the first trimester by ultrasound. This study was aimed at determining the effect of 3D/4D ultrasound on standard error of mean nuchal translucency measurements.

The Clinical Significance of Fetal Intra‐Abdominal Umbilical Vein Varix
Objectives To clarify the clinical significance and optimal management of fetal intra‐abdominal umbilical vein varix (FIUVV). Methods A retrospective study comparing composite asphyxia‐related adverse outcomes including stillbirth, cesarean delivery due to non‐reassuring fetal heart rate (CD NRFHR), Apgar <7, Cord pH <7, neonatal intensive care unit ...
