Cross Sections Calculations of (d, t) Nuclear Reactions up to 50 MeV
Journal of Fusion Energy, 2012In nuclear fusion reactions two light atomic nuclei fuse together to form a heavier nucleus. Fusion power is the power generated by nuclear fusion processes. In contrast with fission power, the fusion reaction processes does not produce radioactive nuclides. The fusion will not produce CO2 or SO2.

Charged Particle Reaction Cross Sections Relevant for Nuclear Astrophysics
1983Cross section and cross-section factor data have been determined for (p,α), (d, α), (d,p) and (d,n) reactions on 6Li, 7Li, 10B between Ep, d= 60−180 keV using activation or/and direct detection methods. Different methods of extrapolation for cross section data have been employed and compared down to the energy region of astrophysical interest.

In-medium nucleon-nucleon cross section and its effect on total nuclear reaction cross section
Physical Review C, 1998A phenomenological formula for in-medium nucleon-nucleon cross section is presented, in which nuclear matter density and incident energy dependencies are included. This formula is used to study total nuclear reaction cross section based on Coulomb-modified Glauber model.

HEGM: Hierarchical Ensemble Generation Model for nuclear reaction cross sections generation
Applied Radiation and IsotopesAccurate and reliable nuclear reaction cross section data are crucial for nuclear reactor design, nuclear energy development, and nuclear safety assessments. Traditional methods for generating nuclear data face significant challenges, including high costs, long time frames, and incomplete coverage.
