Assay of nucleoside-diphosphate kinase activity by the coupled nucleotidyltransferase
Analytical Biochemistry, 1987A method coupled with Escherichia coli RNA polymerase is described for assaying nucleoside-diphosphate kinase activity. The principle of the procedure is indirect but allows processing of a large number of samples by employing filter-paper disk techniques.
