DNA nucleotidyltransferase activity of the developing rat brain
Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) - Nucleic Acids and Protein Synthesis, 1970Abstract DNA polymerase (deoxynucleoside triphosphate: DNA deoxynucleotidyltransferase, EC 2.7.7.7) activity in soluble extracts from developing rat brain has been studied. The DNA polymerase from infant rat brain required the presence of template DNA, Mg2+ and all four deoxynucleoside triphosphates.

Publisher Summary ATP(CTP)-tRNA nucleotidyltransferase catalyzes the incorporation of AMP and CMP residues into tRNA molecules from which all, or part, of the 3 terminal trinucleotide sequence, –C–C–A, has been removed. tRNA nucleotidyltransferase activity has been identified in a wide variety of organisms including mammals, birds, amphibians ...

[14] Stereochemistry of selected phosphotransferases and nucleotidyltransferases
1982Publisher Summary In recognition of the experimental imperatives for carrying out stereochemical analyses of chemical reactions, this chapter deals with the methodologies of such research. It describes methods for synthesizing chirally substituted phosphorothioate analogs of biological phosphates.
