Most nudibranchs feed on hydroid polyps and anemones, using stolen stinging capsules of eaten victims, kleptocnids, for protection. The nudibranch Coryphella trophina (Bergh, 1890) was found to eat other nudibranchs.

Nudibranchia (Mollusca: Gastropoda) from San Matías Gulf, Northern Argentine Patagonia
Zootaxa, 2023The San Matías gulf is a marine biodiversity hotspot located in the Argentinean Patagonia. Although there are several studies on gastropod mollusks from Argentina, nudibranchs remain less studied. In this faunistic assessment 15 species of nudibranchs were found in San Matías gulf, including two new family records for Argentina: Coryphellidae and ...

Spermatogenesis in Aeolidia papillosa (Nudibranchia)
Proceedings, annual meeting, Electron Microscopy Society of America, 1984Spermatogenesis was studied in Aeolidia papillosa by disection of the ovotestis. Morphologically, developing spermatogonia and accessory cells are similar to those described in Spurilla neopolitana except for spermatid development. Sperm also were examined for the presence of carbohydrates.
