Advanced Science, EarlyView.Cancer cell‐intrinsic SMYD3 orchestrates an immunosuppressive microenvironment and impairs the response to PD‐1 blockade by reprogramming immune cells landscape in the tumor microenvironment of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). The immunomodulatory function of SMYD3 is mediated via the SREBP1/CD47 pathway.

AAVR Expression is Essential for AAV Vector Transduction in Sensory Hair Cells
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Decreased sensitivity to AAV vector transduction in the outer hair cells (OHCs) of adult mice is primarily attributed to reduction of AAVR (Kiaa0319l; Au040320). Knockout of AAVR reduces AAV vector transduction efficiency in both inner hair cells (IHCs) and OHCs in neonatal mice.

Listerin Alleviates Alzheimer's Disease through IRE1‐mediated Decay of TLR4 mRNA
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Alzheimer's disease (AD) progression is influenced by microglia‐mediated neuroinflammation. Here, it is demonstrated that Listerin suppresses neuroinflammatory signaling and cognitive impairment in AD models by triggering IRE1α‐mediated TLR4 mRNA decay. Adenoviral Listerin delivery reduces amyloid‐β pathology, positioning it as a new therapeutic target.
