Early systemic intervention for vitiligo: A prospective bicentric interventional study

Patients with non‐segmental vitiligo were enrolled into three groups according to the duration and activity of their disease. All subjects received NB‐UVB phototherapy and an oral mini‐pulse of systemic corticosteroids twice weekly for 6 months. Early systemic treatment allows better repigmentation, including in difficult‐to‐treat areas.
