护理诊断是护理学发展到一定阶段的产物。早在五十年代就由美国的麦克曼纽斯(Mc Manus)首先提出。经过四十多年的不断探索和研究,护理诊断已愈来愈受到重视并被确认。目前,对护理诊断定义的认识已基本一致,但对护理诊断与护理问题的区别,护理诊断的内容和结构认识尚欠统一。本文就国内文献结合我院按PES公式确定护理诊断的认识,对上述问题加以综述。
