Doehl et al. discovered an adaptive neuroimmune mechanism that induces itch in tick‐exposed guinea pigs, enabling rapid tick removal. This itch‐induced tick removal (IITR) is mediated by an adaptive cellular immune response and is independent of IgG, IgE, or TRPV1.

Migrasomes in Ischemic Stroke: Molecular Landscape and Pathophysiological Impact
Multi‐omics profiling of stroke patients exposes systemic molecular fingerprints of immune activation, oxidative stress and metabolic collapse. Complement and coagulation cascade, and cholesterol metabolism emerge as shared functional hallmarks of plasma migrasomes in stroke patients and migrasomes isolated from experimental stroke mice.

This study examined time‐dependent changes in gastric emptying after gastrectomy for gastric cancer using a 13C‐acetate breath test with a semi‐solid meal in 95 patients, revealing that gastric emptying was initially delayed at 1 month but significantly accelerated by 12 months postoperatively.
