Toward Harmonizing Quantification of Dopamine Neuron Imaging Biomarkers in Parkinson's Disease: The Centamine Scale
Annals of Neurology, EarlyView.Objective
Dopaminergic imaging is a key biomarker for both the investigation of the biology of Parkinson's disease and related synucleinopathies and the evaluation of potential therapies in clinical trials. This work presents a harmonized approach for quantifying dopaminergic molecular imaging tracers, such as [123I]ioflupane (dopamine transporter scan Zhen Fan, Graham Searle, Gaia Rizzo, Justin Albani, Patrick Cella, Robert Comley, Gregory Klein, Luca Passamonti, Cristian Salinas, Adam J. Annals of Neurology, EarlyView. Objective
Age of symptom onset is highly variable in familial frontotemporal lobar degeneration (f‐FTLD). Accurate prediction of onset would inform clinical management and trial enrollment. Prior studies indicate that individualized maps of brain atrophy can predict conversion to dementia in f‐FTLD.Shubir Dutt, Dana Leichter, Yann Cobigo, Amy Wolf, John Kornak, Annie Clark, Lucy L. Asia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
Natural gas decarbonization is a crucial processing step. In this study, the snow separation technology for removal of carbon dioxide in natural gas based on CO2 desublimation characteristics was introduced. The phase equilibrium calculation of CH4‐CO2 and N2‐CO2 system was carried out by using cubic equations of states (EOSs), and identified ...Haiqin Wang, Jushi Cai, Zubin Zhang, Qishen Wu +3 morewiley +1 more sourceDevelopment and Characterization of Cellulose Films Incorporating Vitamin A and E‐Loaded Liposomes
Journal of Applied Polymer Science, EarlyView.Liposome‐cellulose films deliver UV‐light shielding, wetting, and high rigidity for green tattoo aftercare. ABSTRACT
This study introduces cellulose films enriched with vitamin A/E liposomes as sustainable, bioactive dressings for tattoo aftercare. Morphological analysis showed a smoother, more continuous microtexture than the neat cellulose films ...Nathalia Vieira Villar de Nunes, Lincoln Audrew Cordeiro, Camila Monteiro Cholant, Ana Carolina Rodrigues Ribeiro, João Pedro Almeida Lopes, Everton Granemann Souza, Chiara das Dores do Nascimento, Alexandre Ferreira Galio, Amanda Dantas de Oliveira, Andre Ricardo Fajardo, André Luiz Missio +10 morewiley +1 more sourceMagnetron Sputtering Synthesis of La‐Doped BiFeO3 Thin Films and Enhanced Exchange Bias in CoFeB/Bi1‐xLaxFeO3 Heterostructures
Advanced Physics Research, EarlyView. This study explores the epitaxial growth of high‐quality La‐doped BiFeO3 (BLFO) thin films at 550 °C using magnetron sputtering. The films exhibit good ferroelectric properties and low leakage current. A BLFO/CoFeB heterostructure is constructed, achieving an exchange bias field exceeding the coercive field at room temperature.Zhiqin Zhou, Ligang Bai, Chen Qi, Xiaoyang Lin, Ivair Aparecido dos Santos, Gustavo Sanguino Dias, Luiz Fernanado Cótica, Weisheng Zhao, Yanxue Chen, Tianxiao Nie, Guodong Wei +10 morewiley +1 more source
