Creation of NV centers by Phthalocyanine implantation into diamond
A nitrogen vacancy (NV) center in diamond is known as a qubit with excellent magneto-optical properties at room temperature. Not only is NV center used for Quantum Information Processing (QIP), it is utilized for quantum sensing. The integrated NV centers in nanometer range have the potential of further improvement of sensitivity, etc. Ion implantation

Understanding how deterministic and stochastic processes influence the shape of microorganism community assembly across different spatial scales is essential for disentangling biodiversity patterns. Mires are nutrient‐poor and heterogeneous wetlands that form isolated habitats supporting highly diverse diatom assemblages, particularly in mountainous ...

Pre‐industrial land‐use limits contemporary shrub encroachment in the French Alps
Shrub encroachment has become a global phenomenon in recent decades. While global warming in the Arctic is often cited as the primary cause, human‐managed mountain regions have experienced intense historical land‐use that may also play a considerable role.

Pyrolysis of FeOx/g‐C3N4 and ZIF‐8 is performed to introduce Fe single atom and pyridinic nitrogen vacancies onto N‐doped carbon. This modification enables the materials to efficiently extract electrons from ciprofloxacin (CIP) and activate dissolved oxygen. 100% of CIP was degraded within 1 min without adding any oxidant.

Table of Contents The TiO2@IrO2 core–shell architecture ensures high electronic conductivity even at a low iridium content of 10 wt%. The resulting catalyst layer shows significantly higher iridium utilization than a commercial reference, leading to improved PEMWE single‐cell performance at low iridium loading.
