Materials Letters, 2007Abstract High dielectric constant and low loss ceramics in the system Ba 3 La 2 Ti 2 Nb 2− x Ta x O 15 ( x = 0–2) have been prepared by conventional solid-state ceramic route. Ba 3 La 2 Ti 2 Nb 2− x Ta x O 15 solid solutions adopted A 5 B 4 O 15 cation-deficient hexagonal perovskite structure for all compositions.

Ferroelectrics, 1970We have measured the Raman spectra of Ba2 NaNb5 O15 at temperatures from liquid nitrogen to 570°C. Structure and relaxor behavior of BaBi4Ti4−Zr O15 ceramics
Current Applied Physics, 2010Abstract BaBi 4 Ti 4− x Zr x O 15 with x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5, has been synthesized via modified solid state reaction route. X-ray diffraction studies confirmed the formation of single phase Zr 4+ substituted BaBi 4 Ti 4 O 15 up to x = 0.2.
