The structure of the biological repeating unit of the O-antigen of Hafnia alvei O39

Carbohydrate Research, 1990
On mild acid-catalysed degradation of the lipopolysaccharide from Hafnia alvei O39 followed by gel filtration of Sephadex G-50, the O-specific polysaccharide and three oligosaccharides were obtained, which represent the core substituted with 0-2 O-antigen repeating-units. On the basis of sugar and methylation analyses, 13C-n.m.r.

Structural and magnetic properties of Nd18Li8Co4−Fe O39− and Nd18Li8Co4−Ti O39−

Journal of Solid State Chemistry, 2011
Nd{sub 18}Li{sub 8}Co{sub 3}FeO{sub 39-y}, Nd{sub 18}Li{sub 8}CoFe{sub 3}O{sub 39-y} and Nd{sub 18}Li{sub 8}Co{sub 3}TiO{sub 39-y} have been synthesised and characterised by neutron powder diffraction, magnetometry and Moessbauer spectroscopy. Their cubic structure (Pm3-bar n, a{approx}11.9 A) is based on intersecting chains comprised of alternating ...

Synthesis and properties of novel inorganic green chromophore based on Bi24Al2-Mn O39

Ceramics International, 2021
Abstract Bi24Al2-xMnxO39 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.8) solid solution with sillenite structure is successfully prepared by conventional solid state method at 750 °C. By the substitution of Mn to Al, the color of the compound is tuned from pale yellow (x = 0) to yellowish green (x = 0.5) and intense green (x = 0.8).

O39-1 Calculating the future excess fraction of occupational cancer in australia

Oral Session 39 – Burden of Disease, 2016
Background In 2012, approximately 3.6 million Australian workers (40% of the Australian workforce) were estimated to be exposed to occupational carcinogens in their current job. Estimating the burden of cancer resulting from these occupational exposures is a useful tool for policy planning around preventing or reducing exposure in the workplace.
