Structural comparison of the O4-specific polysaccharides from E. coli O4:K6 and E. coli O4:K52

Carbohydrate Research, 1993
Two distinct forms of the O4 antigen (LPS) from E. coli were analysed by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Both consisted of D-glucose, L-rhamnose, 2-acetamido-2,6-dideoxy-L-galactose (L-FucNAc), and 2-acetamido-2-deoxy-D-glucose. Their structures were found to be [formula: see text]. In the O4-specific polysaccharide from E.

ZNFE2 O4 @MNFE2 O4 MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES AS A PROMISING CARRIER FOR LIPASE IMMOBILIZATION

X Международная конференция молодых ученых: биоинформатиков, биотехнологов, биофизиков, вирусологов и молекулярных биологов — 2023: Cб. тез., 2023
In the field of development of highly efficient biocatalysts, more modern methods of their production are required, for example, the selection of new carriers for enzymes. The carrier can provide resistance to various effects on the biomolecule or change the conditions of the reaction.

Potential energy surface of triplet O4

The Journal of Chemical Physics, 2018
We present a global ground-state potential energy surface (PES) for the triplet spin state of O4 that is suitable for treating high-energy vibrational–rotational energy transfer and collision-induced dissociation in electronically adiabatic spin-conserving O2–O2 collisions.

Direct detection and spectroscopy of O4*

Faraday Discussions, 1997
We have produced and directly detected a metastable state of tetraoxygen in a molecular beam, both by means of a dc discharge and by photodissociation of ozone in the collision region. The O4* produces a complex spectrum from which general conclusions may be made about its energetics and structure.

O4-methyl-, O4-ethyl-, and O4-isopropylthymidine 5'-triphosphates as analogs of thymidine 5'-triphosphate: kinetics of incorporation by Escherichia coli DNA polymerase I

Biochemistry, 1986
O4-Methyl-, O4-ethyl-, and O4-isopropylthymidine 5'-triphosphates, which can be formed by N-nitroso carcinogens, were tested for their ability to substitute for thymidine 5'-triphosphate (dTTP) in synthesis catalyzed by Escherichia coli DNA polymerase I (Pol I) by using activated DNA or synthetic polymers as templates. All could substitute for dTTP for

Structure, properties, and photodissociation of O4−

The Journal of Chemical Physics, 2001
We present the results of an ab initio quantum-chemical investigation of the structure of the anion O4− and potential energy surfaces for several electronic states. In addition to ground-state vibrational frequencies, which are in good agreement with other calculations and with matrix isolation experiments, we have investigated both photodissociation ...

Specific heat of low doped magnetite, Fe3−Ti O4 and Fe3−Zn O4

Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, 1995
Abstract Systematic studies of specific heat and entropy of the Verwey transition in Fe3−xTixO4 and Fe3−yZnyO4 series are reported. The results of these investigations demonstrate that in Fe3−xTixO4 and Fe3−yZnyO4 systems exists only one, well defined phase transition.

Two proliferative stages of the oligodendrocyte lineage (A2B5+O4- and O4+GaIC-) under different mitogenic control

Neuron, 1990
Cell proliferation during successive stages of oligodendrocyte development was delineated in the rat brain and optic nerve. Surface antigens, A2B5, O4, and galactocerebroside (GalC) identified three cell populations emerging in sequence; the incorporation of bromodeoxyuridine into newly synthesized DNA identified the proliferative cells.
