Structural Basis for Inhibition of ROS‐Producing Respiratory Complex I by NADH‐OH
The novel inhibitor NADH‐OH binds with high affinity to respiratory complex I, thereby blocking NADH oxidation and the production of reactive oxygen species. The tight interaction is mediated by residues conserved in complex I but lacking in other enzymes containing a Rossmann‐fold.

KEMISKINAN DI INDONESIA: PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN DAN PERUBAHAN STRUKTUR EKONOMI
Poverty level of Indonesia remains high while the economy experiences relatively high and steady growth. The asymmetry is investigated, probing the poverty and economic growth-structure linkages at sectoral level. The result shows that agriculture sector

Subleading contributions to the three-nucleon contact interaction [PDF]
We obtain a minimal form of the two-derivative three-nucleon contact Lagrangian, by imposing all constraints deriving from discrete symmetries, Fierz identities and Poincare' covariance.

Direct Current Auditory Evoked Potentials During Wakefulness, Anesthesia, and Emergence from Anesthesia [PDF]
Direct current auditory evoked potentials (DC-AEPs) are a sensitive indicator of depth of anesthesia in ani-mals. However, they have never been investigated in humans. To assess the potential usefulness of DC-AEPs as an indicator of anesthesia in humans,

Systematics of isotope ratio measurements with resonant laser photoionization sources [PDF]
Sources of laser-induced even-even and odd-even isotopic selectivity in the resonance ionization mass spectroscopy of Os and Ti have been investigated experimentally for various types of transitions.

Hand hygiene techniques:Still a requirement for evidence for practice? [PDF]
Introduction Two hand hygiene techniques are promoted internationally: the World Health Organisation’s 6 step and the Centre for Disease Control’s 3 step techniques; both of which may be considered to have suboptimum levels of empirical evidence for use ...

X-rays from Colliding Stellar Winds: the case of close WR+O binary systems
We have analysed the X-ray emission from a sample of close WR+O binaries using data from the public Chandra and XMM-Newton archives. Global spectral fits show that two-temperature plasma is needed to match the X-ray emission from these objects as the hot
