Obje tabanlı sınıflandırma yöntemlerinin karşılaştırılması

open access: yes, 2020
In recent years, different methods have been developed to obtain land cover and usage maps from satellite images or aerial photographs as a result of significant improvements in digital image processing techniques and facilitation of access to images. The prominent ones are considered as pixel and object based classification methods.

Optimization-Based Fuzzy System Application on Deformation of Geogrid-Reinforced Soil Structures

open access: yesInternational Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems
When it comes to the geosynthetic-reinforced soil structures’ structural design, the analysis of deformation is of the highest relevance. In spite of this, the academic literature lays a substantial amount of attention on the potential of artificial ...

Hindlimb functional morphology and locomotor biomechanics of the small Late Triassic pseudosuchian reptile Gracilisuchus stipanicicorum (Archosauria: Gracilisuchidae)

open access: yesJournal of Anatomy, EarlyView.
A three‐dimensional biomechanical model of the musculoskeletal system is used to analyse the potential locomotor functions of the small (~1 kg) Late Triassic archosaurian reptile Gracilisuchus stipanicicorum. The study finds that, potentially like the ancestral archosaur, this taxon was probably quadrupedal, plantigrade and neither strongly sprawling ...

Scaling of internal joint distance in the elbow of small‐ to medium‐sized mammals: Implications for range of motion analyses

open access: yesJournal of Anatomy, EarlyView.
We investigated the internal joint distances (IJDs) of the humero‐ulnar and humero‐radial joint, within a sample of 15 small‐ to medium‐sized mammals and report isometric results. We also found that joint poses had no effect on IJDs and that IJDs scale isometrically within small species.

Methods for 3D evaluation and quantification of gingival recessions and gingival margin changes: Advancements from conventional techniques

open access: yesPeriodontology 2000, EarlyView.
Abstract In an era of increasing life expectancy and growing patient demands towards lifelong natural tooth retention, accurate assessment of gingival recessions is crucial for diagnosing periodontal diseases, planning preventive or restorative interventions, and evaluating their outcomes.

Opening the doors: Legal consequences of breaching international climate obligations in the ICJ Advisory Opinion on climate change

open access: yesReview of European, Comparative &International Environmental Law, EarlyView.
Abstract In its landmark advisory opinion on States' obligations regarding climate change, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) tackled the highly contentious issue of the legal consequences of unlawful acts and State responsibility. While the Court adopted a more cautious approach on this matter than it did when interpreting States' primary ...

FOTONAPONSKI SUSTAVI S OBJE STRANE RIJEKE DRAVE

open access: yesPodravina : časopis za multidisciplinarna istraživanja, 2014
The aim of present study is to review the introduction of solar energy utilization, the economic determination of the return of crystalline solar systems in Hungary and in Croatia on the two banks of Drava River. The authors have calculated with the electricity price reductions for individuals in Hungary also, which gives more interest to this article.

Shocks and Vulnerability in Rural Tanzania

open access: yesReview of Development Economics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper examines the relative importance of idiosyncratic and covariate shocks in shaping household vulnerability to poverty in rural Tanzania. Using five rounds of the Tanzanian National Panel Survey and a three‐level multilevel modeling framework, we account for the hierarchical structure of the data and decompose consumption variance ...

Metabolite‐sensitive cross‐bridge models of human atria reveal the impact of diabetes on muscle mechanoenergetics

open access: yesThe Journal of Physiology, EarlyView.
Abstract figure legend In this study, we used mathematical modelling to explore the effect of diabetes on muscle mechanoenergetics. Our parameterisation of cross‐bridge models using data from non‐diabetic and diabetic human atrial tissues revealed lower values for cross‐bridge stiffness, detachment rates, attachment rates and lower ATP sensitivity in ...
