Janus Photonic Graphics by Stratified Assembly of Two Distinct Colloids
Double‐sided Janus photonic micropatterns with vivid structural colors are fabricated through a single‐step bottom‐up strategy. Density‐driven stratification and depletion‐mediated crystallization of PMMA and PS binary colloids lead to exclusive lattices on opposite surfaces under centrifugal force.

Arch-pattern based design and aspect-oriented implementation of Readers-Writers concurrent problem [PDF]
The classical problems of concurrent programming start from the design problems of operating systems in the 80-s. But today there are still proposed new solutions for these problems with the help of various design and programming approaches.

Teaching Object-Oriented Programming is more than teaching Object-Oriented Programming Languages
<p>One of the important obligations of an expanding research area is to discuss how to approach the teaching of the subject. Without this discussion, we may find that the word is not spread properly, and thus that the results are not properly utilized in in dustry.

The VISITOR Pattern as a Reusable, Generic, Type-Safe Component [PDF]
The Visitor design pattern shows how to separate the structure of an object hierarchy from the behaviour of traversals over that hierarchy. The pattern is very flexible; this very flexibility makes it difficult to capture the pattern as anything more ...

A portable respiratory monitoring device based on a flexible PZT sensor captures pressure‐ and temperature‐related airflow responses in a single waveform. Polarity‐opposed piezoelectric and pyroelectric components generate a narrow transient spike and a broad quasi‐steady peak during both inhalation and exhalation. This dual‐component structure enables
