The new approach to the problem-driven object programming

open access: yesITM Web of Conferences, 2016
Using more and more computing devices requires a new programming approach. The programming approach should he simple for an ordinary device user and prohlem-driven. So we propose a new programming concept for easy code writing by any non-programmer.

A Bi-Polar Theory of Nominal and Clause Structure and Function [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
It is taken as axiomatic that grammar encodes meaning. Two key dimensions of meaning that get grammatically encoded are referential meaning and relational meaning.

Los universales del lenguaje: el ciclo transformatorio y la «rule of tree-pruning»

open access: yesEstudios de Lingüística, 1983
The object of this article is to explain, that Transformational Grammars take Linguistic Universals as Grammar Universals. From the point of view of this hypothesis, a discourse identification with its object is implied, and it shows one of ...

GraCT: A Grammar based Compressed representation of Trajectories [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
We present a compressed data structure to store free trajectories of moving objects (ships over the sea, for example) allowing spatio-temporal queries.

Cues and expressions

open access: yesNordlyd: Tromsø University Working Papers on Language & Linguistics, 2005
A number of European languages have undergone a change from object-verb to verb-object order. We focus on the change in English and Icelandic, showing that while the structural change was the same, it took place at different times and different ways in ...

Graph Grammar Based Object Detecting and Tracking

open access: yesInternational Journal of Intelligent Engineering and Systems, 2013
In this paper we introduce a graph grammar based method to fuse the low level features and apply them to object detecting and tracking. In our algorithm, the graph grammar rules are used to detect the object in the beginning of the video sequence and then dynamically adjust the tracking procedure.
