The Australian Plant Breeder's Rights Act 1994 (Cth) and how it is used for Australian native plants
Abstract With increasing interest in intellectual property relating to plants, it is timely to assess the use of Plant Breeder's Rights (PBRs) in Australia for native plants, with tens of thousands of native plants nearly all of which are endemic and many with known uses.

An overview of the petrography and petrology of particles from aggregate sample from asteroid Bennu
Abstract The OSIRIS‐REx mission returned a sample of regolith from the carbonaceous asteroid Bennu in September 2023. We present preliminary in situ investigations of the petrology and petrography of selected particles ranging in size from 0.5 to 3 mm.

Observational constraints on entropic cosmology
In this work, we derive a generalized modified Friedmann equation based on an entropy-area relation that incorporates established modifications, such as volumetric, linear, and logarithmic terms, in addition to novel entropic modifications that might ...

Abstract Troilite is a common phase in iron meteorites, but there are limited data available for the partitioning behavior of elements between troilite and solid metal. In this study, we present the results of experiments with coexisting Fe‐Ni solid metal, an S‐rich metallic liquid, and troilite, conducted at 800–925°C in evacuated silica tubes at 1 ...

Causality and Prediction in Modern Cosmology
The modern cosmology is based on the observational evidences, but several philosophical principles and metaphysical prejudices play an undeniable role in it. This paper surveys some important attitudes such as causality, prediction, determinism etc.

Multi‐isotope (N, O, Ti, and Cr) study of C1 and CM‐like clasts—Probing unsampled C1 material
Abstract A multi‐element isotope (N, O, Ti, and Cr) study was conducted on C1 and CM‐like clasts hosted in achondrites and chondrite breccias to understand the genesis of these chondritic clasts. The mineralogy, O, and N isotopes confirm that CM‐like clasts in howardites and polymict eucrites closely resemble CM chondrite‐like material.
