Differences in pain, bleeding, and satisfaction during medical abortion at very early gestations

Very early medical abortion that is, abortion before confirmation of pregnancy location, is both safe and efficient. Compared to medical abortion after ultrasound visualization of an embryo, it is associated with less pain, shorter bleeding duration, and higher satisfaction. Thus, also patient‐oriented outcomes favor early abortion treatment.

Metabolic associations of human placental lactogen in pregnancies at high metabolic risk: An observational cohort study

The graphical abstract illustrates the external validation of the first‐trimester Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF) preterm pre‐eclampsia model in the Australian population. The FMF, utilizing all biophysical and biochemical biomarkers, demonstrated excellent discrimination performance with reasonable calibration.

Assessment of childbirth experience over time—A prospective cohort study
