The circulation and distribution of classical Greek coinage

Abstract From a sample of the most prominent Greek city‐states, data involving a total of 999 hoards and 160,007 coins from 550 to 300 BC were collected to discern the relative magnitudes, consistency of issue, and distribution of Classical Greek coinages.

A puzzling plated republican denarius was found decades ago in the civil town of Aquincum. Due to its worn state its identification was troublesome, but it turned out to be an imitation of M. Furius’ coin minted in 119 BC.

Balancing Digital Transformation and Modernization: Pathways for Public Managers

ABSTRACT This study examines the interplay between digital modernization and transformation in the public sector, challenging the notion that they are mutually exclusive strategies. Through interviews with public sector leaders, we find that modernization and transformation can be jointly implemented rather than managed as competing efforts.
