Universal Conductance Fluctuations in Quantum Anomalous Hall Insulators

Universal conductance fluctuations are observed in mesoscopic quantum anomalous Hall insulators. Two distinct fluctuation patterns are identified, arising from different interference processes of bulk and chiral edge states, respectively. Engineering Ultra‐Low Fe or Ni Loading in Polymer Derived SiCN(O) Fibre Mats: Exploring the Performance towards Alkaline OER

Polymer‐derived SiCN(O) fibre mats enable anchoring of ultra‐low amounts of transition metals for efficient alkaline oxygen evolution. The distinct behaviour of Fe‐ and Ni‐based fibres highlights the importance of metal phase and support interactions in tailoring catalytic behaviour.
