Contributory factors in coronary occlusion

Abstract Possible contributory factors in coronary thrombosis are: (a) those which change the blood and (b) those which lessen coronary flow. Diminution of coronary flow follows lowering of diastolic blood pressure, decrease in systolic output and constriction of coronary arteries.
