An Ultra‐Fast Rolling Double‐Helical Robot Driven by Constant Humidity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A double‐helical robot named Dualicalbot is proposed to achieve a high‐speed rolling under a constant humidity. The special asymmetric structural design makes sure that the two helices alternately drive the robot to roll with a remarkable speed of 5.8 BL s−1, 4.8 times faster than the fastest robot driven by a constant environment and surpassing the ...

Dynamic Cap‐Mediated Substrate Access and Potent Inhibitor Design of Monkeypox Virus I7L Protease

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The first crystal structure of MPXV I7L protease, revealing its unique dimeric form is resolved. The structures and MD simulations uncovered a dynamic cap region that regulates substrate access to the active site. The structural basis of substrate recognition and the catalytic mechanism are elucidated, which led to the development of a FRET‐based assay

Implantable Biophotonic Device for Wirelessly Cancer Real‐Time Monitoring and Modulable Treatment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A wirelessly implantable biophotonic device is capable of distinguishing tumors and evaluating their progression by monitoring sO2 levels indicative of the tumor hypoxic microenvironment. Additionally, this device is not only employed for in situ PDT but also for concurrent monitoring of chemotherapy and PDT progress, thereby enabling the evaluation ...
