Abstract Background and Purpose Site‐specific antibody modification is a useful chemical strategy to elaborate antibody therapeutic function. Conventional lysine‐ or cysteine‐based conjugation methods generate heterogeneous products, while protein engineering approaches are resource‐intensive.
