Reducing radiation exposure to staff performing coronary angiography and intervention is an occupational health and safety priority for hospitals. This mixed‐methods pilot study explored how a small group of New Zealand radiation therapists perceived Facilitated Group Supervision (FGS) compared with previous supervision models. Using questionnaires and thematic analysis after a six‐month intervention, the study found that participants viewed FGS highly positively.
