Quantitative evaluation model of shale oil adsorption: A case study of the first member of Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in northern Songliao Basin, NE China

open access: yesPetroleum Exploration and Development, 2023
A quantitative evaluation model that integrates kerogen adsorption and clay pore adsorption of shale oil was proposed, and the evaluation charts of adsorption-swelling capacity of kerogen (Mk) and adsorbed oil capacity of clay minerals (Mc) were ...

Experimental Study of Pore-Scale Water Flooding with Phase Change Based on a Microfluidic Model in Volatile Carbonate Reservoirs

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2023
Carbonate reservoirs usually have strong heterogeneity, with complex pore structure and well-developed natural fractures. During reservoir development, when the formation pressure is lower than the bubble point pressure of crude oil, the fluid undergoes ...

Types, element occurrence forms and enrichment mechanisms of rhenium metal deposits

open access: yes地质科技通报, 2021
Rhenium is a strategic rare metal mineral that rarely forms independent deposits. Most of it is produced in the form of associated elements in the porphyry magmatic hydrothermal system.Studies have shown that rhenium-rich deposits are mainly distributed ...

Occurrence of hemophilia in the United States [PDF]

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Hematology, 1998
An active surveillance system was used to identify all residents with hemophilia in six U.S. states (Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, and Oklahoma). A hemophilia case was defined as a person with physician-diagnosed hemophilia A or B and/or a measured baseline factor VIII or IX activity (FA) of 30% or less.
