Photochromic Diarylethene‐doped SU‐8 for Rewritable Optics and Integrated Photonic Switching

A CMOS‐compatible photochromic host–guest material platform is realized by incorporating diarylethene molecules into SU‐8 photoresist. Reversible photoisomerization enables light‐programmable optical absorption, allowing rewritable optical patterning and port‐selective attenuation in integrated waveguides.
