ABSTRACT Community resilience research remains fragmented across disciplines, with limited integration of empirical evidence and conceptual scholarship. This study addresses this gap through a directed content analysis of 48 empirical case studies and 39 conceptual and review publications from diverse geographical and hazard contexts.
