Proteogenomic Characterization Reveals Metabolic Vulnerabilities and Aberrant Phosphorylation in Colorectal Metastasis to Liver

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study provides a multi‐omics landscape of treatment‐naïve colorectal liver metastasis and reveals dysregulated molecules and cellular pathways. SHMT1 and NDRG1 Ser330 phosphorylation are demonstrated to display crucial roles in tumorigenesis and liver metastasis. Two proteomics subtypes (metabolism and RNA function) with distinct clinical outcomes

Supercontinuum Generation in Soft Glass Photonic Crystal Fibers Developed Based on 3D Printed Preforms

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This research investigates whether modern 3D glass printing can be used to develop advanced photonic crystal fibers suitable for supercontinuum generation. The team designs and fabricates a lead‐borate glass fiber with high nonlinearity, achieving an octave‐spanning spectrum in the mid‐infrared range.

Self‐Assembled Monolayers Facilitate Simultaneous Enhancements of External Quantum Efficiencies and Circularly Polarized Luminescence Dissymmetry Factors for Chiral Perovskite Red Spin‐Light Emitting Diodes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
With the self‐assembled monolayer (SAM), external quantum efficiencies and dissymmetry factors for circularly polarized electroluminescence are simultaneously enhanced for chiral perovskite red spin‐light emitting diodes (spin‐LEDs). These are ascribed to the improvements of magneto‐chiroptical and electronic properties.
