Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.A CMOS‐compatible photochromic host–guest material platform is realized by incorporating diarylethene molecules into SU‐8 photoresist. Reversible photoisomerization enables light‐programmable optical absorption, allowing rewritable optical patterning and port‐selective attenuation in integrated waveguides.
