A Mitochondria‐Targeted Nanozyme Platform for Multi‐Pathway Tumor Therapy via Ferroptosis and Cuproptosis Regulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work reports a mitochondria‐targeted nanozyme platform, MIL‐Cu1.8S‐TPP/FA, which induces potent cuproptosis via localized delivery of Cu1.8S nanodots to mitochondria. Surface‐anchoring these nanodots onto MIL‐88B metal‐organic frameworks enhances both passive and active tumor targeting.

Quantitative Control of Oxygen Non‐Stoichiometry and Negative Raman Chemical Shift During Topotactic Phase Transition in a Ca‐Doped BiFeO3 Thin‐Film

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In an electrochemical titration cell utilizing a Ca‐doped BiFeO3 film, the oxygen stoichiometry was quantitatively controlled via electrical oxygen pumping. The structural and chemical changes were monitored through Raman spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction.

Electron‐Beam Excited Conductive Atomic Force Microscopy for Back Contact Free, Wafer‐Scale and In‐Line Compatible Electrical Characterization of 2D Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Electron‐beam excited conductive atomic force microscopy is demonstrated. Here, a low‐energy e‐beam impinging on the sample surface can be used to perform C‐AFM in a new configuration that enables comparable results to classic C‐AFM sensitivity, while unlocking applications previously not possible in terms of large‐area analysis and wafer‐scale ...
