This case report describes the clinical, radiologic, and histopathologic features of the glandular odontogenic cyst (GOC). Although a relatively rare lesion not previously reported in the endodontic literature, the GOC is recommended for inclusion in a differential diagnosis of a dentoalveolar radiolucency.
