Veterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 11, Issue 3, May 2025.A 7‐year‐old spayed female Shih Tzu with bilateral submandibular lesions and a subcutaneous mass showed partial response to immunosuppressive therapy but failed to heal completely. Radiography revealed alveolar bone loss, and surgery confirmed an odontogenic cutaneous sinus tract (OCST).
