Colombiains A–C, Three New Alkaloids From the Soft Coral‐Derived Fungus Cladosporium colombiae CSGL 10M10

Three new alkaloids, colombiains A–C (1–3), together with eight known ones (4–11) were isolated from the soft coral‐derived fungus Cladosporium colombiae CSGL 10M10. Compounds 6 and 11 exhibited significant cardioprotective activity against OGD/R‐induced injury in H9c2 cardiomyocytes at 10 µM.

Production of Bixin‐Rich Extracts From Annatto Seeds via Ethanol–Water Extraction Integrated With Ultrafiltration Technology

Actinomycin Analogs From Streptomyces polyantibioticus S4D258: Structural Elucidation and Antiproliferative Activity Against Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

Fifteen new actinomycin analogs, named actinomycins H1–H15, are identified from S. polyantibioticus S4D258. Actinomycins H7–H15 are truncated actinomycin analogs. Actinomycins H1–H6 and H9 exhibit significant antiproliferative activities against both MDA‐MB‐231 and 4T1 TNBC cells.

Mannosylxylarinols A and B, Two New 3,4‐Seco‐ergostane‐type Steroidal Saponins From the Fungus Xylaria necrophora SZSS1‐2‐2

Cytotoxic Dihydroagarofuran Sesquiterpenoids Isolated From the Roots of Tripterygium wilfordii
