From Enzymatic Dopamine Biosensors to OECT Biosensors of Dopamine
Neurotransmitters are an important category of substances used inside the nervous system, whose detection with biosensors has been seriously addressed in the last decades. Dopamine, a neurotransmitter from the catecholamine family, was recently discovered to have implications for cardiac arrest or muscle contractions.

(Invited) Modeling Oect Devices for Circuit Simulations
ECS Meeting Abstracts, 2022Organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) can be distinguished from conventional organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) by the use of an electrolyte in their gate stack. This results in a unique set of device properties, most notably, mixed ionic and electronic transport.

The applications of OECTs in supercapacitor balancing circuits
2016 7th International Conference on Computer Aided Design for Thin-Film Transistor Technologies (CAD-TFT), 2016In this paper, we investigate using OECTs in differential amplifiers and cell voltage equalizers for supercapacitor balancing circuits. The differential amplifier based on OECTs can sense voltage difference and the voltage equalizer consisting of a microcontroller and OECTs can be used to charge supercapacitors to desired voltages.
