Enabling OFDMA in Wireless Backscatter
Proceedings of the 13th International Workshop on Wireless Network Testbeds, Experimental Evaluation & Characterization, 2019Wireless backscatter communication can provide ultra-low power backhaul to Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices, which usually have very limited energy budgets. With proliferation of IoT widgets into human activities, an important design goal for the backhaul is to connect as many devices as possible, which are featured by short bursts of data. The crux to

In this paper, a design for OFDMA receiver is given. Timing synchronization is achieved by ML algorithm with Gold sequence and then multipath delay estimate is achieved by the correlation operation between the local training sequence and the sampled received signal.

Abstract In this paper we describe an adaptive method for maximizing the sumrate in the uplink of a multi-user multi-carrier system. Based on theoptimum power allocation, which is computed by the capacity-achievingiterative water-fllling algorithm, we accordingly assign the users to thecorresponding subcarriers.
