A polymeric graft loaded with radiopaque bismuth nanoparticles is expected to undergo gradual polymer resorption and nanoparticle release. This design enables noninvasive, multimodal monitoring of device integrity, patency, and degradation using computed tomography alongside ultrasound and photoacoustic imaging over 12 weeks.

Effects of on-pump and off-pump surgery in the Arterial Revascularization Trial.
OBJECTIVES: The Arterial Revascularization Trial (ART) is a randomized comparison of bilateral internal mammary artery (BIMA) versus single internal mammary artery (SIMA) grafting in coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery and is one of the largest ...

A glial cell line‐derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF)‐enriched small extracellular vesicle‐loaded reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐scavenging hydrogel integrates sustained neurotrophic delivery with local modulation of oxidative and inflammatory stress after spinal cord injury. The composite hydrogel improves local vesicle retention, protects neural tissue,

This study presents the first demonstration of stable sub‐50‐micron single‐cell GPM vesicles fabricated through the intrinsic self‐assembly of an amphiphilic copolymer. Hierarchical assembly of cell containing GPM vesicles into microspheres enable tunable, sustained cell delivery with immune protection.
