Introduction: Graves 'ophthalmopathy is an autoimmune manifestation that occurs in 90% of patients with Graves' disease, more common in females. It is characterized by the presence of eyelid edema, conjunctival hyperemia, itching, excessive tearing, proptosis, photophobia, diplopia and difficulty in ocular motility.
