HEO‐regulated electronic structure drives nonradical PI activation, promoting ETP‐mediated polymerization of 4CP into high‐molecular‐weight products with enhanced surface enrichment. A fully edible wheat bran–algae substrate is fabricated through scalable mould‐compression and spray‐coating, enabling robust, food‐grade platforms for sustainable electronics.
