Evaluation of Cerebrospinal Fluid α‐Synuclein Seed Amplification Assay in Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and Corticobasal Syndrome

α‐Synuclein seed amplification assay (SAA)‐positive results were found in 6 of 59 (10.2%) progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) and 11 of 37 (29.7%) corticobasal syndrome (CBS) cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples, potentially representing Lewy body copathology.
