Journal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis, Volume 39, Issue 18, September 2025.The relationship between Cytochrome P450 2C19 (CYP2C19) polymorphisms and coronary artery disease (CAD) in hypertensive patients was analyzed. CYP2C19 loss‐of‐function, BMI ≥ 24.0 kg/m2, and history of alcoholism were independent risk factors for CAD in hypertensive patients.
