Transmembrane Protein GbTMEM209 Inhibits Fibre Elongation via Competitive Interaction With GbHOX3 in Gossypium barbadense

open access: yesPlant Biotechnology Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Sea Island cotton (Gossypium barbadense) produces premium‐quality fibres, yet the genetic basis underlying its fibre development remains elusive. Here, we identify two key non‐synonymous single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs, G/C and G/A) in the gene Gbar_D13G024080, which encodes the TRANSMEMBRANE PROTEIN 209 (TMEM209). These SNPs resulted in

Charging‐Load Prediction for Electric Vehicle Stations Using Correlation Analysis and RIME‐CNN‐LSTM‐Attention Model

open access: yesIET Generation, Transmission &Distribution, Volume 20, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
This study proposes a hybrid RIME‐CNN‐LSTM‐Attention model to predict electric vehicle charging station load. A correlation‐based feature selection method is applied to improve input quality, and RIME is used to optimise the model's hyperparameters. Experiments demonstrate the model's superior accuracy and robustness compared to conventional approaches.
