In this study a simple and sensitive HPLC method for separation and quantitative determination of oleuropein in the leaves and the branches of the natural (Olea europaea L. var. sylvestris) and cultivated (Olea europaea L. var. europaea) varieties of Olea europaea L. has been developed.
