Carbonyl lock enables multi‐resonant organoboron framework with substantially enhanced spin‐flip and reduced emission bandwidth

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
Integrating carbonyl lock onto multi‐resonant organoboron emitters is found to go beyond conventional bridge unit. It can not only suppress the molecular relaxation as conventional bridge, but also substantially affect electronic engineering via carbonyl integration, activating multiple up‐conversion channels, thus leading to an accelerated spin‐flip ...

Highly efficient blue crystalline organic light‐emitting diodes enabled by a hot exciton sensitizer PyPO

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
Two different sensitization structures (hot exciton sensitizer type and exciton nanoaggregate type) were integrated into crystalline host matrix. The resulting crystalline organic light‐emitting diodes exhibit low Joule heat loss ratio and high photon output.

Chiral perovskites for next‐generation chiral optoelectronics and spintronics

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
Benefiting from structural inversion symmetry breaking and strong spin‐orbit coupling, chiral perovskites possess intriguing chiral optical and spin properties. We overview their advances and core applications in perovskite solar cells, circularly polarized light detectors and spin circularly polarized‐light‐emitting diodes, offering great potential ...

Deep red to near‐infrared thermally activated delayed fluorescence conjugated polymers toward highly efficient solution‐processible deep red and near‐infrared organic light‐emitting diodes

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
A series of deep red (DR) and near‐infrared (NIR) thermally activated delayed fluorescence conjugated polymers are prepared, their solution‐processible organic light‐emitting diodes exhibit DR emission with maximum external quantum efficiency (EQEmax) of 6.4%, high luminance of 4254 cd m−2 and emission peak at 678 nm, and a NIR device with EQEmax of 2 ...

Flexible wearable electronics for cardiovascular monitoring from surface signals to deep physiological insights

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
This review organizes flexible wearable electronics for cardiovascular monitoring into four interconnected information layers: surface electrophysiology, hemodynamic sensing, vascular imaging, and biofluid biomarker analysis. This framework clarifies how electrical rhythm, vascular loading, structural and flow‐related features, and biochemical states ...
