We reported epidermolytic palmoplantar keratoderma (EPPK) with a novel symptom of palmar constriction. The p.L164P mutation of KRT9 was functional influencing and altered the expression of multiple cytokeratins. The genetic and phenotypic heterogeneity of EPPK with KRT9 mutations were summarized by literature review.
