Adsorption kinetics of NO on ordered mesoporous carbon (OMC) and cerium-containing OMC (Ce-OMC)
Applied Surface Science, 2014Ordered mesoporous carbon (OMC) and cerium-containing OMC (Ce-OMC) were prepared using evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA) method and used to adsorb NO. N2 sorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to confirm their structures.

This chapter conceptualizes the OMC’s mode of operation. It claims that the OMC cannot be understood as exerting a top-down influence on member states. Rather, the OMC is a variant of a ‘two-level game’ in which member states play a strong role in setting the policy agenda.
