Towers in \([\omega]^{\omega}\) and \(^{\omega}\omega\)
Ann. Pure Appl. Log., 1989The author studies the sets \(A=\{\kappa |\) there is a \(\kappa\)-tower in \([\omega]^{\omega}\}\) and \(B=\{\kappa |\) there is a \(\kappa\)- tower in \(^{\omega}\omega \}\), and shows that in ZFC either \(B\subseteq A\) or else there is a scale in \(^{\omega}\omega\).

The Omega Wave: The ‘Triadization’ of Omega
2023This chapter delves into the paradoxical nature of the hybridized racialized masculinity embraced by members of the Omega gang. While the preceding chapter highlighted how Omega members adopt a ‘protest’ stance to challenge what they perceive as ‘Chinese hegemonic masculinity’ rooted in economic dominance, this chapter explores how they, in turn ...

AbstractClustal Omega is a package for making multiple sequence alignments of amino acid or nucleotide sequences, quickly and accurately. It is a complete upgrade and rewrite of earlier Clustal programs. This unit describes how to run Clustal Omega interactively from a command line, although it can also be run online from several sites.

Journal of Nursing Education, 2021
This article raises the concern that nursing education research may be unduly subject to several limitations inherited from an overreliance on Cronbach's α. Consequently, researchers are encouraged to make greater use of coefficient omega since it is expected to perform just as well as or better than Cronbach's α, especially when tau ...

We present the Omega ontology, a large terminological ontology obtained by remerging WordNet and Mikrokosmos, adding information from various other sources, and subordinating the result to a newly designed feature-oriented upper model. We explain the organizing principles of the representation used for Omega and discuss the methodology used to merge ...
