Clinical Care Guideline Implementation of Nebulized Tranexamic Acid in Post‐Tonsillectomy Hemorrhage

In our quality initiative, we demonstrated how clinical care guidelines can be used as a strategy to implement tranexamic acid treatment of post‐tonsillectomy hemorrhage. High rates of algorithm adherence were observed with an associated reduction in need for operative control of hemorrhage.

Imposterism and Self‐Efficacy Among Canadian Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Residents: A National Survey

In this national survey of Canadian OHNS residents, imposter phenomenon was highly prevalent, with nearly 80% of trainees reporting moderate to intense symptoms. Female and junior residents demonstrated significantly higher imposter scores, while greater self‐efficacy was associated with lower levels of impostorism.

Characterizing a Department's Transition to Intracapsular Tonsillectomy: A Mixed Methods Analysis
