サケ (Oncorhynchus keta)(Walbaum) の periblast nucleus
Periblastの微細構造について観察した.核の形態は球形,楕円形,防錘形および分葉型であった.核は大きさにおいて胚の核よりはなはだ大型であった.核膜は細胞質と核との間で明瞭な境界として区分された.また核膜の区分を持たない核が多数あった.
